In July 2024, MYFIRSTBOOK worked with the Shenzhen Women's Federation to donate early-learning cloth books to children in Dafu Community, Shenzhen. The initiative was intended to broaden access to hands-on learning materials within the community.
The donated books introduce themes drawn from nature, daily life, stories and foundational cognition. Their fabric pages include manipulatives such as zippers and pockets, giving children opportunities to explore each topic through touch and guided play.
Community staff used the materials with local families, while parents and children were also able to read and share the books together. The activity reflects a practical collaboration between a learning-materials brand and a local community organization.
